Our Commitment
At LAPMA, we are here to ensure our members have the best representation, access to training and support, protection against unfair working conditions, and all the tools they need to lead the City of Los Angeles.
Our Approach
LAPMA has always led the charge for better wages and working conditions for everyone we represent. We accomplish this through bargaining as part of the Coalition of City Unions and by developing productive and respected relationships with the City's leadership. Our Board is committed to continually fighting for the benefits and working conditions our members deserve.
